The Community Support Program (CSP) provides community-based treatment to adults diagnosed with severe, chronic and persistent mental illness.  The program is designed to serve those adults with a history of recurring hospitalizations, major deficits in socialization and daily living skills, and who do not respond well to traditional outpatient mental health services.
